About Us

• Mission

EvolvArts exists to protect the time, focus, and energy that make the arts possible. By lifting the burden of operational complexity, we give organizations room to create, connect, and endure.

• Our Story

EvolvArts was born from firsthand experience inside performing arts organizations, where the mission is clear, but the systems behind it often are not. We've seen how outdated tools, fragmented data, and constant workarounds quietly drain the time and energy teams need to support artists, engage patrons, and plan for the future.

Fiscal Rigor

We are symphony board members who understand the pressure of the P&L.

Mission Driven

We are artists and advocates who believe that the arts are essential to the human experience.

Technical Excellence

We are engineers who have worked at the top technology companies in the world, and we bring that expertise to the arts.

Built by musicians, board members,

and engineers.
